Eligibility Criteria	Patients with suspected advanced non-squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC), Stage III or IV who are eligible for a diagnostic biopsy procedure. No medical contraindications for diagnostic procedure Provide written informed consent in accordance with institutional guidelines.
Exclusion Criteria	Past medical history of other cancer within the last 3 years Tissue biopsy is not possible for any reason
