Critètes d'éligibilité	18 year old and older at time of diagnosis. Subject which had a primary high grade sarcoma resected between January 1st, 2000 and December 31st, 2019 and underwent sarcoma pulmonary metastatectomy between January 1st, 2000 and December 31st, 2019.
Critètes d'exclusion	Subjects who received an immunosuppressive treatment in the year preceding the sarcoma primary resection. Subjects who received a long term steroid type medication in the year preceding the sarcoma primary resection.
