Étude de phase III à deux bras, randomisée, en double aveugle et contrôlée par placebo, visant à évaluer l’efficacité et la sécurité d’emploi de l’association xévinapant plus radiothérapie par rapport à l’association placebo plus radiothérapie afin de démontrer l’amélioration de la survie sans maladie chez les participants atteints d’un carcinome épidermoïde de la tête et du cou réséqué, qui présentent un risque élevé de rechute et ne peuvent pas recevoir de cisplatine à haute dose.
